Meet CK:
Named a RealTrends Verified Top 1.5% Realtor in the Nation and a member of Corcoran's 2025 MultiMillion Dollar Club, Christa approaches real estate differently.
Through innovative social media, digital marketing, and strategic storytelling, she connects with buyers where they spend most of their time—on their phones. Her fresh approach has earned her a reputation for transforming listings into brands, maximizing exposure, and creating demand that traditional marketing often misses.
With more than $120 million in career sales, Christa blends creative marketing, skilled negotiation, and a design-driven perspective to ensure every property stands out. Having lived and worked in premier coastal markets including The Hamptons, Charleston, San Diego, and now Oʻahu, she brings a unique understanding of lifestyle-driven buyers, relocation, and luxury real estate. Her strong relationships with Corcoran's corporate team in New York also help create additional opportunities and broader exposure for her Hawaiʻi clients.
Originally from Westhampton Beach, New York, Christa spent over a decade building a successful career across some of the country's most desirable coastal communities. Yet every winter, she found herself returning to Oʻahu. What began as an annual escape eventually became something much more—the realization that Hawaiʻi wasn't simply her favorite place to visit, but the place she was meant to call home.
Today, Christa specializes in luxury homes, lifestyle relocations, and strategic marketing throughout Oʻahu as part of Corcoran Pacific Properties. Her background extends beyond sales, with experience in architectural drafting, interior design, and Historic Preservation & Community Planning, giving her a trained eye for architecture, design, and the unique character that makes every home special.
Her professional experience includes collaborative work with the Charleston Board of Architectural Review, the Historic Society, and the City Planning Department, where she helped develop restoration plans for the historic Mt. Zion AME Church. She also refined her design expertise through an internship with the AD-featured showroom Fritz Porter.
Outside of real estate, Christa embraces the island lifestyle she worked so hard to find. Whether she's paddleboarding, hiking, fishing, playing tennis, skiing, or exploring a new neighborhood, she's always happiest outdoors. Around town, she's known for her outgoing personality, genuine curiosity, and ability to make friends almost anywhere she goes.
For Christa, real estate has never been just about buying and selling homes—it's about helping people discover the community where they'll build their next chapter. And if you're wondering what finally convinced her to stay in Hawaiʻi for good, the answer is simple: the people.
